This Herm Sprenger® Nathe Mullen Mouth Bit has a 20 mm hypoallergenic thermoplastic mouthpiece with port and high-quality 70 mm stainless steel loose rings. Commonly suitable for strong horses, it is a mouth- and tongue-friendly design that relieves pressure on the middle of the tongue. It can be helpful for horses that pull the tongue up.
