The Golden Wing bit is the ultimate safeguard for your horse’s mouth, and is 100% Pinchless. It’s gentle and sensitive, with no nutcracker effect. It enables the rider to give a direct response from the outside of the horse’s mouth. The large discs (safeguard plates) offer optimal protection to horse’s mouth (especially the corners), and ensure that the bit always remains in the correct position. Depending on the type, thickness and material, a loose ring snaffle gets a sharper or softer effect.
It is important that the loose ring is not too narrow, otherwise a skin from the corners of the mouth can get in between.
If your horse does have problems with this, you can use rubber bit rings if necessary.
