Sweet iron will rust when it comes into contact with (air) humidity; the surface rust tastes sweet and naturally stimulates the saliva production. This will cause the horse to salivate more which in turn encourages better acceptance of the bit. The rusting process (oxidation) changes the blue colour of the TRUST-bit to a brownish-grey.
If a sweet iron bit is not used for a while, an orange-brown rust layer may develop on the mouthpiece. Simply remove this by wiping the bit with a damp cloth.
The core of the bit is made of reinforced nylon. The leather that is stitched around this core, is naturally tanned without chemicals. The saliva production softens the leather bit and makes it more pleasant for the horse.
The flexible mechanism in combination with the taste of the leather, makes the bit particularly suitable for horses with a sensitive mouth.

The MB 02 is the Myler alternative to the traditional French link or lozenge mouthpiece commonly used in snaffle bits. The MB 02 rotates onto the tongue, applying tongue pressure, but because the mouthpiece is curved, it wraps around the bars and lips instead of pinching. The barrel in the center applies approximately the same pressure on the tongue as a traditional three-piece mouthpiece, however, the barrel distributes the pressure more kindly and creates Independent Side Movement™.

The loose ring is a simple stainless steel "O" shape where both the bridle and mouthpiece have no fixed point of attachment but slide freely around the ring. The loose ring allows a lot of play as the mouthpiece slides freely around the ring
3" ring
Notes: The loose ring is generally considered one of the most non-interfering cheek pieces because the mouthpiece slides freely around the ring. However the play in the mouthpiece can make it difficult for a horse to find your hands as the mouthpiece is in continual motion. The movement of the mouthpiece can also exaggerate or create a busy mouth in young or anxious horses. It is best suited for more advanced horses fully schooled in leg and seat aids as well as rein aids.
• Sweet Copper Link for Better Acceptance. • Balanced pressure on Tongue and Bars. No palate pressure. • No nutcracker effect. • More forgiving to mistakes caused by rider’s strong hands. • Loose rings enable horse to position bit in his mouth. • Rein tension positions the bit ideally for easy acceptance. • Smaller sizes for pony and cob • Larger suitable for double bridle • Sizes 5”, 5 ¼”, 5 ½”, 5 3¾”, and 6”
* Can be used as a bradoon or as a loose ring snaffle
The Inno Sense bits come in three different models: soft, medium & hard. The mouthpieces are available in the versions; flexi, mullen and port. Bits from the Inno Sense line can be used for every horse and particularly suitable for young horses and/or horses with a sensitive mouth. The synthetic material is FDA approved, which means the material does not contain plasticizers and is non-toxic to people and animals. In addition, the flexi- and mullen model of the Inno Sense Bits line are solid because of the application of a core of stainless steel. Horses that are ridden with an Inno Sense Bit follow the hand easily and accept the bit smoothly.

Composition: French mouth bit with 90 mm rings and 8 mm thick mouth piece made of German Silver (65% copper, 23% zinc, 12% nickel) a relaxing and solid alloy.
Effect: loose ring bits are the simplest in terms of action from the rider but also in the horse's mouth. The large rings give a slight lever action and most of all, a better direction. The French mouth relieves the horse from any pressure on the bars.
Tips : the very thin mouth piece doesn't suit every horse because they lead to a stronger action, are less comfortable for the horse and make it less easy for the horse to take the bit.
Maintenance advice: rinse the bit after each use to prevent any residue deposit and to avoid your horse to feel any discomfort.
