Big Ben - Limited Edition 50th Anniversary Hobby Horse
Meet Big Ben! This show jumping legend was piloted by Ian Millar, Captain Canada himself, for over a decade and was no stranger to the winner’s circle around the world.
Big Ben competed for eleven tournament seasons at Spruce Meadows, won over $750,000, numerous World Cup qualifiers, and was a fixture as anchor for the Canadian Team in the BMO Nations’ Cup. A master of the Derby, he claimed victory six times. A true fan favourite, Big Ben captivated spectators with his talent, determination, and larger-than-life presence in the International Ring.
Big Ben won his final Spruce Meadows competition in June 1994 and retired at the top of his game that September at the Spruce Meadows ‘Masters’.
Now, to celebrate our 50th Anniversary, we are thrilled to offer the Big Ben Hobby Horse, a Spruce Meadows exclusive made by LeMieux. This limited-edition collectible is available only for this milestone and will not be released again. Don’t miss your chance to own a piece of history!
